A new income tax incevtive was amended with a new statutory law which numbered 6663, Official Gazette No: 29620, 10.02.2016. This incentive’s name is “Income Incentive In Young Entrepreneurs”.
According to new article of income taw law, no:20 repeating, when new young taxpayers, who have not completed twenty-nine years of age, make their first taxpayership, will not pay income tax up to 75.000 Türkish Liras for three years their commercial, freelance and agricultural incomes. In order to benefit from this incentive, you must be real person and unlimited tax liability and you must work at yourself business actively
New incentive has effected since 10.02.2016. Especially it has considered a good and suitable for young entrepreneurs.
